Every generated image uses 5 credits: 20 for a four-image mockup set and 10 for an edit pair with two images to choose from. Image generation has no separate usage cap on any plan; it is limited by your credit balance. On every plan you can add credits anytime. On Plus and Pro, estimating, measurement, design-guidance, and client-writing tools do not use additional credits. On Free, each use of one of those tools costs 1 credit.

Light AI can guide you through calibrating your measurements, help plan lighting designs, write quote descriptions, and draft client follow-up messages. These tools are unlimited on Plus and Pro for normal business use (fair use applies); Free uses 1 credit per action. AI mockup images always use credits.

Yes, on Pro and Enterprise. Pro includes an API, webhooks and an MCP server to connect Claude, ChatGPT or any CRM or automation tool, including n8n, Zapier, HighLevel and HubSpot, to your leads, quotes and mockups. Free and Plus do not include API access. Developer docs are at docs.light-ai.app. A built-in Jobber sync is coming soon on Pro.

Yes, on Pro and Enterprise. Add your own request form to your website with a script or an iframe, or share its link and QR code; AI install instructions help you put it on any site. Homeowners can see an instant AI mockup of their home (5 credits each, with a monthly cap you set), and every request lands in your Requests inbox. Pro includes up to 10 forms; Enterprise is unlimited.

Free credits refresh each month and do not roll over. On Plus and Pro, unused monthly credits remain available for 30 days after the billing period ends, then expire. Enterprise rollover is set with your custom plan.

Buy more credits at any time on an active plan: 9¢ per credit on Free, 4.5¢ on Plus and 4¢ on Pro. Purchased credits never expire. A paid plan also includes monthly credits (Plus: 1,000 a month) and every feature it unlocks. Owners can enable automatic top-up in Billing, choose a low-balance trigger and purchase amount, and set a monthly spending cap. It stays off until you authorize it, and you can turn it off anytime. On Free, automatic top-up is available after your first credit purchase, with a $25 monthly cap by default (up to $100). A plan that is past due or canceled, or on Off-Season, cannot buy credits.

Free images include a light-ai.app watermark in the middle and a small light-ai.app badge in the bottom-right corner. Paid images have neither. Every image retains a small blue corner symbol to identify it as AI-generated.

The Free plan includes 100 monthly credits with no card required. Paid subscriptions charge immediately at checkout and provide their included credits once payment succeeds.

Yes. Move to a higher plan at any time and the new plan starts right away. If you move to a lower plan, its lower price begins at your next renewal. Moving below Pro pauses API keys and webhooks until you return to Pro.

No. Every plan, including Free, lets you save unlimited quotes. Each mockup or edit image uses 5 credits (20 for four mockups, 10 for two edit images); on Free, the estimating and writing tools use 1 credit per action.

Plus and Pro subscribers can switch to Off-Season from Billing for $9.99/month. It starts when your paid month ends and keeps your storefront open: your request forms keep taking leads (the first 10 requests each month still get AI mockups for the homeowner, included), quote links you already sent stay live and approvals still come in, and you can view all your quotes, clients and images. Creating or editing quotes, AI mockups and AI text, sending new quotes and buying credits are locked until you resume your plan. No monthly credits arrive, credits already in your balance are frozen until you resume (any expiry dates still apply), and your founder rate is kept for your return. Your plan returns automatically on your first billing date in September, or sooner whenever you choose. Automatic return is on by default; you can turn it off in Billing until 24 hours before the return (Billing and the 7-day email show the exact time), and we email you 7 days and 1 day before.

Yes. If you cancel, you keep your quotes and clients on the Free plan, and photos and mockups are kept for 90 days, but your founding price is gone for good. Off-Season ($9.99/month) keeps your founding price, your request forms and your live quote links, and you can resume any time. Either way there is no penalty, and a canceled plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
